REFUND POLICY

Safe & Sound Music Collective is grateful for the generosity of our supporters. Donations help us build programs that expand access to music production resources, education, and creative opportunities for independent artists.

DONATION REFUNDS

Donations made to Safe & Sound Music Collective are generally considered final and non-refundable.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review the request.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

DONATION PROCESSING

Online donations are securely processed through a third-party platform, Zeffy. Any approved refunds will be issued through that platform.
